My name is Ryszard Żółty and I have been a personal and versatile fitness trainer for 30 years. As I practise karate marshal arts, kickboxing fitness and stretching are for me an important element of training. I am a total- body resistance exercise instructor. It means complex body training with additional load of universal gravitation. During TRX exercises special hanging tapes are used with body weight. These tapes are adjustable. It is a very intensive functional training which was an important element during pandemic. TRX exercises can be done almost everywhere; at home, in the park in the open air. It is a training with short weight bars combing power training and oxygen training for people who need more intensive effort than regular fitness training.This combination guarantees work of many muscles and strenghtens them. This training helps to get rid of cellulite, reduces fat tissue, shows muscles without unnecessary growth.
