My name is Ryszard \u017b\u00f3\u0142ty. I am a karate trainer. I hold 5th dan master degree and Shihan title.
From 1993 to 2020 I worked as a personal trainer at a fitness club of Jerzy Furmanek body relax in Krak\u00f3w. In 2017 I did TRX course and from then on I started funtional, TRX, STRECHING and weight bar pumping. For the last 3 years I have been traing kickboxing and boxing. To improve techick I have started attending kickboxing and K-1 boxing training camps with Tomasz Mamulski 5 dan in Wis\u0142a, Zakopane, G\u00f3rki Wielkie.
In 2021 I completed the instructor course and passed the egzam. Apart from sport activity I m also a massage therapist. I perform sport,relaxing and therapeutic massages. I started doing karate in 1975 at the age of 15. At first Kyokushin Karate with sensei Andrzej Drewniak.
In the 1990s I change to Oyama Karate style to improve my skills. I have been training karate for 48 years. I heve straightened out many Polish and Europe champions in Oyama Karate style. As well as many pupils to black belts from 1th dan to 3rd. I also train classes for children, teenagers and adults. In 2015 I completed the trainer course of 2 ed degree.
